Office Manager to operate from Bangkok with the following qualifications:
1- BA in Business Administration or related field
2- Minimum of 5 years experience
3- MS Office & Good command of English (Oral & Written)
Brief Job Description:
1.Carry on the direct instructions received from the General Manager
2.Supervise Office Staff
3.Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
4.Review, approve and control supply requisitions and inventories
5.Establish standards and procedures as needed
6.Train and orient the new employees about the office policies, procedures and equipment
7.Evaluate staff performance
8.Handle customer complaints and inquiries
9.Resolve disputes in the office
10.Perform other duties as required and assigned
